How long will it take for my order to get delivered?

Please note that it takes our warehouse team 1-3 business days to fulfil your order. Once your order is shipped, your order will take approximately 1-2 business days to get delivered if you select express postage, and approximately 3-5 business days

How much is the shipping fee?

Standard postage approximately 3 - 5 business days: FREE for orders over $50 | $10 for orders worth $1 - $49. Express postage approximately 1 - 2 business days: $15 flat fee

Where do you ship from and can I collect?

Orders are processed and dispatched through our automated shipping system from different locations in the US. Please note that our warehouses are not open to the public for order pickups.

I changed my mind. Can I return the product?

We can only accept a change of mind within 30 days after the item was delivered. Please contact us via our Contact Us page  and send photos or videos of the condition of the product received. Please explain as well why you like to return the product.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it for the correct size?

We happily offer exchanges on flyscreens/window covers in their original condition. Please contact us via our Contact Us page to get more information on how to start an exchange.

What can I do if my package tracking status is unavailable?

If your package tracking status is unavailable, it may indicate that your order was packed out of hours and is awaiting collection. There could also be a delay or a temporary issue with the carrier's system. Double-check that the tracking number is c

How can I check the status of my package delivery?

To check the status of your package delivery, use the tracking number provided via email in your shipping confirmation. This tracking number can be used with the courier's tracking system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).

If I place an order with items on pre-order, will my items ship separately?

All orders with a preorder item are split where the available items are shipped immediately while the preorder item is shipped as soon as it is restocked.
